About Adult General Classes

Ashtanga Based Class
This Ashtanga based class will take you through some Ashtanga postures and is suitable for all levels.

Arm, Wrist and Hand Strengthening
In this 1 hour class, we will move through different styles of postures to increase strength and flexibility in you arms, wrists and hands. All can be varied to suit your level!

Core Strengthening
In this class we will focus on the strength and flexibility of your core! Followed by a nice relaxation.

Hatha Class
Full practice of yoga postures including a relaxation at the end.

Ashtanga Style Class
In this class you will find a mash up of Ashtanga postures! Gives you a chance to practice each one individually out with a Half Primary/Primary Series!

Spinal Mobility
This class is brilliant for encouraging spinal movement in all directions. Done in a very gentle and accessible way, you will feel a lot looser!

Twisty Vinyasa Flow
This class includes a vinyasa yoga flow, breathing exercises and a lovely relaxation at the end.

Sun Salutation A
A tutorial how to do a Sun Salutation A. Great for warming up or repeat several times for your entire practice!

Runner’s Warm Up
All the poses are centred around increasing mobility in preparation for running.
